Orders are processed on the day on business days (monday to friday). Orders made at the weekend will be shipped on monday. We aim to dispatch all uk orders received before 15:00 gmt and all international orders received by 13:00 gmt on the same day. Orders received after this cut off will be dispatched the following business day.
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order.
If you ordered a customised parkrun top, all items in your order will ship with the customised top based on the dispatch date.
As you can imagine demand is very high. Your customised order will be printed and dispatched within the batches stated on the product page at time or order and per your order confirmation. Your batch will be shown at checkout and on your order confirmation. If this changes you will be notified via email.
Please note customised tops are final sale - we can not accept returns or exchanges. If you have added other items to your basket, they will be shipped with the customised t-shirt. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is on it's way.
Shipping is delivered via Royal Mail 2nd class untracked service. This service is extremely reliable and you should expect to receive your orders on time. (Please allow one additional business day for remote areas such as the Highlands and Northern Ireland). If your order is over £100 then the order may be sent tracked and require signing - in the event that you are not in, then the package will be taken to you local post office or delivery depot - you will get a card through your door.

We've chosen the delivery options offered based on our experience and that they provide a consistent and reliable service. As you can imagine, there are a huge number of factors that could affect the delivery of your package however - inclement and adverse weather conditions being just one of them.
We strive to minimize delays, but should any arise, we do request your patience and for you to please accept our sincere apologies.
Once your order has been processed, we are unlikely to able to redirect your delivery to another address.
However, please do contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to see how we can help.
If your package is sent to an incorrect address provided by you, and it is returned to us, you will be liable for any shipping costs should you wish for us to re-send your order to a new address after it has been returned.
In the unlikely event that your order doesn't reach you by the expected date, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . We will do our best to find out where your parcel is and try and get your order out to you as swiftly as possible.
Although we'd love to meet you and hear all about your latest runs and races, there are currently no facilities in place for us to allow for personal customer collections. We apologise for any inconvenience.
